STOCKHOLM TRAVEL By Air: The main international airport in Stockholm is Arlanda Airport. Bromma Airport mostly services regional cities. From Arlanda Airport a regular express train departs, called the Arlanda Express, which takes 20 minutes to arrive at the Stockholm central station, T Centralen-Stockholm C, from which junction the TBana (Stockholm metro), as well as buses and taxis can be used for further travel. Tickets for the Arlanda Express can be easily purchased from machines in the airport terminals. There is also an airport bus as well as a commuter train (pendaltåg), the latter leaves from Arlanda ‘Skycity’ located between terminals 1-4 and 5.

Stockholm Taxis: take care! These are deregulated, and so the cost can vary greatly between taxi services!

TBana: This is the local Stockholm metro or underground system. You can by an SL Card to ride the TBana, and also the pendeltåg (commuter trains) and Stockholm buses too. SL Cards cost 20 SEK, and can be topped up with 100 SEK (4 rides) or 200 SEK (8 rides) or more, and are best purchased at the  small deli-newsagencies to be found near every TBana station called Pressbyrån.

Getting to our conference venue at Konstfack: University College of Arts, Crafts and Design: Konsfack can be easily found near the TBana (metro) stop called Telefonplan, on the red line heading south towards Fruängen (about 14 minutes from T Centralen-Stockholm C). The visiting address is: LM Ericssons väg 14.

Getting to the Deleuze Studies Camp in the outer archipelago on the island of Utö: we will have information available concerning transport to Utö on the CAMP page.
